What is e-mail marketing?

E-mail marketing consists of building lists of customers’ and prospects’ e-mail addresses and then sending valuable information in the form of newsletters, promotions, or announcements. It is a great way to keep in touch with your customers and encourage repeat sales.

Wait…can’t I just send the e-mail using Outlook and CC everyone on my list?

Yes, but you will be missing out on the main benefit of e-mail marketing: analytics. The best part about e-mail marketing is the ability to see how your messages perform and accurately track how much you profit from each campaign. With Outlook, there is no way to track performance. Also, your subscribers will have no way to unsubscribe from your lists, which brings up legal issues. More importantly, your internet service provider will likely block you if you send too many messages. And lastly, imagine how angry your customers will be when one of them hits Reply All and sends a message to your entire list. Yikes!

So how does your system solve these problems?

My e-mail marketing software was designed to solve the problems my clients were facing with other e-mail marketing solutions. Your customers will have the ability to sign up for your newsletter on your website, and when someone chooses to unsubscribe, it is handled automatically, saving you time and money.

Also, I was noticing that my clients were constantly forced to fuss with HTML and CSS code every time they sent a campaign. So I made sure that my software made it super simple to send out email campaigns. When you sign up for an account, I’ll create a template for you and handle all of the code myself. Then, whenever you send a campaign in the future, all you have to do is point, click, type, and press send.

Lastly, you will be granted access with a secure username and password to view reports and analytics from previous campaigns. You can track how many of your customers clicked on links, visited your website, and even how many went on to make a purchase!

How much does it cost?

One-Time Setup Fee

This includes setting up your account for you and customizing one of my pre-made templates to suit your needs. Once you’re setup, the only times you will pay are when you actually send out campaigns. No contracts, no monthly/annual fees, no fuss.

Pay-As-You-Go

Most of my clients don’t have enormous e-mail lists so they save money by only paying when they send campaigns. Many other services charge a monthly amount regardless of how many e-mails you send.

Plus 2 cents per recipient
