Diamond Rich came to me with a story and a request. He filled me in on his plan to travel from Newport Beach to Buenos Aires stopping in about 10 cities along the way. What intrigued me about this journey was his plan to choose a random, impoverished person in Buenos Aires at the end of his trip to receive the keys to his Hyundai Accent. Diamond Rich wanted me to make a website which could track his progress and allow him to upload pictures and videos along the way.

ShareStudyGuides.com is a personal project of mine that came out of necessity. Towards the end of every semester, I would head to Google and search for digital flashcard web apps. Time after time, I was reminded that each of the available web apps either didn’t work well, weren’t free….or both. ShareStudyGuides.com is my first web app and I’m proud to announce that it is 100% free, and it doesn’t suck. In fact, it’s pretty darn cool and extremely useful!

Mariah Seminara and Regina Farlekas came to me after trying a few website-creation programs that weren’t allowing them the depth of customization they needed. They wondered if it would be possible to tag participants after they photographed a marathon or sporting event, allow those participants to search for their photos on the website, and automatically send out emails letting them know their photos were ready for viewing. So far, their clients absolutely love the ability to look at all of their photos in one place without weeding through everyone else’s photos.

Karl and JJ Katnik came to me needing a website that would be able to keep up with their rising real estate careers. Among their needs were the ability to add their current listings to the website, publish thousands of comps from various areas in Orange County, and on top of this…they needed high rankings in the search engines. From day one, we worked together to compile a list of keywords they wanted to rank well for in the search engines, and they’ve been rising in the rankings ever since.

Diamond Rich Katnik needed the ability to sell his carpet online and he also wanted a fresh website redesign. He called, and I delivered! He also made the smart choice to reallocate some of his traditional advertising spending to search engine advertising, and his ad campaign has been doing wonderfully since day one.
